They can input their listing data into MLS system for themselves (most of our agents input themselves) or all agents may use our Listing Coordinator for a small flat fee of $50 per listing input. Agents do not have to waste time on tedious clerical work, Agents can now leave it to our support personnel. Your time will might be better spent on income producing activities, on winning new business, showing homes, or closing deals.
   
• CUSTOMER FILES - We keep detailed files on every transaction. We go over all files to insure that there are no missing signatures, initials, or documents. In the event of any errors we immediately notify our agents and bring it to their attention so they can correct the problem.
   
• FAX/EMAIL ALL DOCUMENTS - At our office we do not unnecessarily inconvenience our agents. You do not have to drive across the town in traffic just to bring some papers to the office. You could fax us, or email us everything (listing agreements, contracts, etc.), spend your time on making sales, not deliveries.
   
• EARNEST MONEY Deposits are given to a broker as soon as possible.
   
• COMMISSIONS - We can pay agent's commission right after closing.  As long as Gulf Realty has a COMPLETE FILE, an agent can be paid at closing. Agent commissions will only be held when a file is incomplete.  You do not have to wait weeks for your money.
   
• FORMS - when you join Gulf Realty we will give you many tools and resources, including but not limited to, forms, logos, listing and sales forms, and much more. You can have any document, and any form on your own computer, and print it whenever you need it. When you are in the field, or visiting a client you will be able to download any form from the Internet. You do not have to waist time going to the office only because you ran out of contracts or listing agreements.
